PKHA E-PAD Tender for Snow Removal and Road Clearance Works

Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids from eligible firms and contractors for snow removal and road clearance works through the E-PAD system. Procurement will follow the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 under the open tendering and post-qualification procedure.

Participating bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization. They must possess adequate financial resources, relevant experience, personnel, equipment and the other capabilities required by the bidding documents.

The submission deadline is November 20 at 12:00 noon. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 p.m.

Bidding documents, including instructions to bidders, post-qualification criteria and the payment schedule, are available for download from www.pkha.gov.pk and the E-PAD system.

Bidders must submit their bids electronically through kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Original call deposits must also reach the office of the Deputy Director Procurement, PKHA Complex, Main GT Road, near Police Post Tarnab, Peshawar, before the closing date and time. Failure to submit the original call deposit and other related documents within the stipulated time will make a bid non-responsive and exclude it from further evaluation.

The commencement date and completion period will be communicated in the work orders. Only call deposits or bank guarantees issued by scheduled banks in favour of the Managing Director, PKHA, will be accepted.
