Chaman B&R Tender for Tehsil Kachari AC Office Upgradation

The Executive Engineer, Buildings B&R, District Chaman, invites bids from eligible contractors for office upgradation work for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627111219533.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost, furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. They must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 16,896,551 in one previous year to establish financial capacity. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, covering works up to PKR 25 million, is required in the relevant category with specialized code CE10(i), General Civil Engineering Works.
