PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Scheme in Killi Muhammad Karim

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible contractors for the following work for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. They must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 4,851,805 in one previous year.

All bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurement, whether through electronic or manual bid submission, must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan.

Procurement procedure: Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from the publication date of the Notice Inviting Tender until 20 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Bid security: Each bid must include security equal to 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Submission deadline: 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
