Gwadar B&R Tender for Women Market Extension and Boundary Wall Construction

The Executive Engineer-II, Provincial Buildings and Roads, Gwadar, invites eligible bidders to undertake the following work for 2026 on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218513. The tender fee is PKR 1,000.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 41,791,091 in preceding years to establish financial capacity. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above, covering works up to PKR 65 million, is required in the relevant category with specialized code CE10(i), General Civil Engineering Works.

Bid security: Bids must include 2% security in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
