BBISE Quetta Tender for Installation of a 70 kW Hybrid Solar System

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BBISE), Quetta, invites bids from eligible bidders for installation of a hybrid solar system for the year 2026. The work is based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-262711220453.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRА, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders in government procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. They must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 15,400,000 in the previous two consecutive years to establish financial capacity.

Required supporting documents include paid utility bills for the last two months, an undertaking on affidavit providing a minimum two-year warranty for solar panels, batteries and other items, and a wiring installation diagram for the 70 kW hybrid system.

Bids must be accompanied by 3% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Balochistan Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Quetta, upon payment of PKR 1,000. Documents are available from publication of the notice until 19 November 2026 during office hours on working days.

Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 19 November 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned in Quetta.
