PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Schemes in Shahwani Abad

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khuzdar, invites eligible bidders to undertake the following work for 2026, based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627111220443.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurement, whether through electronic or manual submission, must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 6,237,111 in one previous year.

Tender documents and fee: Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer for PKR 1,500. Documents will be issued from the publication date of the notice until 20 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Bid security: Each bid must include security equal to 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Submission and opening: Tenders must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 20 November 2026. Bids will be opened at the same office at 12:00 PM that day.
