PHE Panjgur Tender for Bore and Civil Work Package II

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur, invites eligible bidders to undertake non-development work for 2026. Bids must be submitted on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627111220203.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

The tender document fee is PKR 5,000. Bids must include security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during office hours on working days, from publication of the notice until 25 November 2026. Tender terms and conditions may also be obtained from the same office.

Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 25 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur.
