PHE Panjgur Tender for Bore and Civil Work Package I, PSDP 4470

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur, invites bids from eligible bidders for bore and civil work for the year 2026 under tender reference TSE-262711122023. Bids are invited on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurements, whether through electronic or manual submission, must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA.

Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.

The tender document fee is PKR 5,000. Bids must include a bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from the publication date of the notice until 25 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Tender terms and conditions may also be obtained from the same office.

Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 25 November 2026. All tenders will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer.
