PHE Panjgur Tender for Supply and Installation of Three Solar Pumping Units

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur, invites bids from eligible bidders for non-development work for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-262711120193.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

The tender document fee is PKR 5,000. Bids must include bid security equal to 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from the date of publication of the notice inviting tenders until 25 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Terms and conditions may also be obtained from the same office.

Bids must be submitted by 25 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
