Panjgur Tender for Construction of Deputy Commissioner House

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), Provincial B&R Panjgur, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the following work for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627111219073.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Government of Balochistan BPPRА Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether procurement involves electronic or manual submission. This tender accepts electronic bids only; physical bids are not required.

Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 41,034,700 during the previous three years to establish financial capacity.

Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above, covering works up to PKR 65 million, is required in the relevant category with specialized codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and EE11(i) for Solar.

Bids must include a 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the undersigned. Submit bids electronically through the supplier dashboard by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM through the EPPS system.
