Public Health Engineering Panjgur Tender for HDP Pipe Supply, PSDP 4470

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur, invites eligible bidders to supply HDP pipe for the year 2026 under tender reference TSE-2627111220083. Bidding is on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

The tender document fee is PKR 5,000. Bids must include bid security equal to 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from the publication date of the notice until 25 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Terms and conditions are also available from that office.

Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 25 November 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Panjgur.
