NUML Islamabad Tender for Convocation Arrangements in December 2025

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Sector H-9, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from experienced, well-reputed firms and suppliers registered with Income Tax and GST for arrangements for its convocation, planned for the first week of December 2025 at NUML Islamabad.

Detailed information and terms and conditions, including participant numbers, required items and the lunch and refreshment menu, are included in the tender document. Tender documents may be obtained during working hours upon payment of the document fee.

Bidders must attach experience certificates and a bank statement showing their financial position with the tender document.

Bids must reach the Administration Branch by 19 November 2025 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders and the Tender Opening Committee.

The university reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under PPRA rules.
