PMDC Corrigendum-1: Tender for 250 KVA Diesel Generator at Salt Mines, Deadline 16 November 2026

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), Islamabad, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of a 250 KVA prime-rated diesel generator set at PMDC Salt Mines, Waricha. This procurement notice is Corrigendum-1, reference CORR-P164310-001, for tender P164310.

PMDC has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026–27 and intends to use part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the authority.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk under procurement reference 164310. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their electronic bids through the system in accordance with the bidding document instructions. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.

All bids must include the bid security amount required in the Bid Security section of the bidding documents, in the form of a pay order or call deposit, together with a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format.
