Pakistan Digital Authority Tender for Supply and Delivery of Laptops – P186393

The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA), Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply & Delivery of Laptops for Pakistan Digital Authority, reference P186393. Funds reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026–27 will cover eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must be accompanied by the bid security amount prescribed in the bidding documents, in the form of a Pay Order or Call at Deposit, or by a bid-securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/186393. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is required to participate.

E-bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.

Under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement. A copy of the notification is available on the procuring agency’s website and the Authority’s website at www.ppra.gov.pk.
