JPMC Karachi Plant and Machinery Supply Tender 2026–27

The Executive Director, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Government of Sindh, Karachi-75510, invites electronic bids for the supply of A09601 – Plant and Machinery under SNE (New) for the financial year 2026–27. Tender No. 1-8/2026-27/AD(M)/JPMC is dated 3 November 2026.

Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever applies. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure under Rule 46(2).

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS). Only electronic bids will be accepted; manual bids will not be received.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents. If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times.

The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
