Eligibility: Firms and contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Islamabad, registration certificate in the relevant category with specialization code CE-10, valid Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration, and income tax registration with FBR.

Documents and electronic submission: Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, the procurement method, submission procedure, bid security requirements, bid validity and evaluation criteria are available to registered bidders through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested eligible firms and contractors must register on EPADS and submit their documents through the portal. Bids will be opened electronically in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the office of the Chief Engineer (Technical Services), MEPCO Headquarters, Khanewal Road, Multan.

Deadline and opening: All bids must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 17 November 2026. Electronic bid opening will take place through EPADS at 12:30 p.m. on the same day.

Original bid security: Submit the fixed bid security amount for the relevant tender as an original Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer (Civil), MEPCO Multan. It must reach the office of Executive Engineer (Civil), MEPCO Headquarters, Khanewal Road, Multan, before the electronic bid submission deadline, in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title. Bids without the required original security will be rejected. A copy of the security must also be attached to the electronic bid.
