PTV Electronic Bids for Service Provider Prequalification 2026–2027

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTV), the national broadcaster, invites electronic bids from reputable firms and companies for prequalification to provide various services during the financial year 2026–2027 on an as-and-when-required basis under an Open Framework Agreement. Reference number: HP/103/2026/6837.

The services cover PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News/Pakistan TV, the PTV Centre comprising PTV Home, PTV Global, PTV Sports and PTV Drama & Film Academy in Islamabad, all provincial PTV centres in Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan and AJK Muzaffarabad, and rebroadcast stations (RBSs).

Participating firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and meet the criteria under the Public Procurement Rules, 2016.

Registered firms can obtain the e-bidding documents through EPADS. These contain detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by November 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS on the same day at 11:30 AM.

Bidders must upload scanned copies of their bid security when submitting bids through EPADS. Original hard copies of the bid securities must reach the Chairman, Senior Tender Committee, Pakistan Television Corporation Headquarters Office, Constitution Avenue, F-5/1, Islamabad, before the closing date and time.
