Court Auction of Agricultural Land in Multan on 24 November 2026

The Court of Rana Khalid Mahmood, Civil Judge First Class, Multan, has ordered a public auction of agricultural land in execution of a decree. The auction will take place at the property on Tuesday, 24 November 2026, at 3:00 PM.

Each participant must deposit Rs. 50,000 with the auctioneer at the venue before participating. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the auction. Bidding will begin at the reserve price.

The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the purchase price with the auctioneer immediately upon completion of the auction. The successful bidder must deposit the remaining amount within seven days, subject to the court's permission. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit to the government.

The sale is subject to final approval by the court. Expenses associated with completing the sale will be borne by the purchaser.
