Rawalpindi Medical University (Government of the Punjab) invites prequalification applications from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, agents, contractors and general order suppliers (Sales Tax, Income Tax and E-PADs registered firms/companies/sole proprietors) for supply of goods and provision of services for the period July 2026–June 2027.
Eligible firms should download prequalification documents free of cost from the RMU website and submit proposals by the deadline below. Submissions will be received at the Purchase Department, RMU New Teaching Block (inside Holy Family Hospital), Rawalpindi. Responses will be processed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014; if a submission day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

How to apply / download: Prequalification documents are available free at the RMU website (www.rmu.edu.pk). The PPRA e-procurement portal link for advertisement is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTender.aspx and response timing will be calculated from the PPRA publication date.
Submission deadline: Submit proposals on or before 2026-07-20 by 10:30 AM to the Purchase Department, RMU New Teaching Block (inside Holy Family Hospital), Rawalpindi.
