GEPCO Tenders: Extension of 11kV Rooms at 132kV Grid Stations (Gujrat & Jalalpur Jattan)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope) for the extension of 11kV rooms at 132kV grid stations. Bids will be submitted and opened through E-PAQS (new version 2.0). Contractors must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals in clearly marked envelopes.

Key dates: Bid submission: 2026-07-15 at 11:00; Bid opening: 2026-07-15 at 11:30.

Mandatory requirements and conditions:

• Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope as per PPRA rules (bids to include separate Technical and Financial proposals).
• Bids to be submitted via E-PAQS (new version 2.0). Tender documents available on E-PAQS, FPPRA & GEPCO websites.
• PEC registration: Contractor must have valid PEC registration (renewal for 2025-26) under the relevant category/code.
• Earnest money: Original bid security in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ must be supplied with the technical bid.
• Performance security: Successful bidder will submit 10% of the contract price as performance security in prescribed forms after issuance of LOI.
• Contractors must attach active registration certificates (including PRA/PST documents) as applicable.
• GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
