- Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to ensure sustainable business growth and market expansion. - Forecast sales trends, analyze performance data to mitigate risks. - Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the outbound team to ensure they meet KPIs and service quality standards. - Oversee daily outbound activities, ensure accurate MIS reporting and timely resolution of customer queries/complaints. - Ensure all outbound activities comply with internal bank policies and SBP regulations to eliminate regulatory penalties. - Design and pitch incentive structures to management to reward high-performing staff. |
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. - Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of relevant experience. - Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application. - Preference given to candidates with relevant banking experience. |
