The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the position of Segment Head Outbound in the Information Technology Group. This is a senior sales and operations role based in Lahore with market-based competitive remuneration.

| Segment Head – Outbound (Information Technology Group) | Grade: Band-5 to Band-3 | Lahore | Formulate and execute robust sales strategies for sustainable business growth and market expansion; forecast sales trends and analyze performance data to mitigate risks; lead, mentor and monitor outbound team to meet KPIs and service quality standards; oversee daily outbound activities, ensure accurate MIS reporting and timely resolution of customer queries/complaints; ensure compliance with bank policies and SBP regulations; design incentive structures to reward high-performing staff. | Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university. Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of relevant experience; preference to candidates with at least 5 years of banking experience. Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application. |
