Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to ensure sustainable business growth and market expansion.
  • Forecast sales trends; analyze performance data to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor and monitor outbound team performance to meet KPIs and service quality standards.
  • Oversee daily outbound activities, ensure accurate MIS reporting and timely resolution of customer queries/complaints.
  • Ensure all outbound activities comply with internal policies and SBP regulations; design incentive structures to reward high-performing staff.
Eligibility / Qualifications
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
  • Experience: Approximately 9–12 years of relevant experience; preference for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.
