ANF Regional Directorate Peshawar Tender Notice for Repairs & Furniture Supply (FY 2026/2027)

Government of Pakistan — Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control (Narcotics Control Division), Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for Financial Year 2026/2027 from well-reputed firms/manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the following categories. Bidding documents are available from the office of DD (RM) during office hours on written request on company letterhead with copies of GST/NTN, CNIC and experience certificate.

Procurement categories (as listed): Repair/Maintenance of Vehicles; Repair/Maintenance of Office Building; Purchase of Furniture & Fixtures. Tender documents must be submitted on a single-stage, single-envelope basis by the submission deadline. Separate tenders must be submitted for each category, clearly mentioning the category name in bold.

Key terms and submission requirements:

- Bids received after the stated date/time will not be accepted. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to cancel tenders as per PPRA rules.

- Tender(s) without earnest money equal to at least 2% of the estimated value will not be entertained. A refundable call deposit of 2% must be provided in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of Director, R&N ANF Peshawar.

- Only bids from registered firms/contractors/suppliers will be entertained. Samples (where applicable) and lab reports must be deposited with the tender. No conditional offers will be considered.

- Income Tax & Sales Tax will be deducted at prescribed rates. Suppliers are responsible for replacement of any defective/faulty items after supply.

- An affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Department/Organization of the Government must be provided.

- Rates/quotations must remain valid until 2027-06-30.
