The Power Development Organization (PDO), Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for Electrical & Mechanical works under Lot-II of the 22 MW Jagran-IV Hydropower Project. Financing is provided by the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD). Bidding will follow the procurement guidelines required under the SFD loan agreement.
