Invitation to Bid — Municipal Committee Shakargarh (Solar System & Bus Stop Shelters)

Issuer: Municipal Committee, Shakargarh. Municipal Committee invites percentage/item-rate tenders on Punjab E-Procurement (PPRA rules) for the schemes listed below. Bid documents are available on the Punjab E-Procurement system and PPRA website; documents may be read/obtained from the MO(I) branch for uploading.

Submission: Bids must be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement system. Submission deadline: 2026-08-18 at 10:00 AM. Opening: received bids will be opened on 2026-08-18 at 1:00 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Shakargarh in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key conditions: Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut/overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. The Administrator (Competent Authority) may reject all bids prior to approval. If the lowest quoted tender is more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security from a scheduled bank up to the percentage quoted below the TS estimate (including CDR deposited at tendering) within 15 days of notice, otherwise the 5% bid deposit will be forfeited and re-tendering initiated. On issuance of acceptance, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper as specified by government within 14 days for issuance of the Work Order. Time for completion of each project will be specified in the Work Order. Contractors must conduct required quality control tests at their own expense. Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx).
