District Police Officer, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-procurement bids (Framework Contracts) for FY 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible, reputed and financially sound registered firms with relevant experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments may participate through the Punjab e-procurement portal.
Bidding procedure: Single-Stage One-Envelope e-procurement as per PPR 2014 (amended). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Successful bidders will be required to deposit 5% of the total contract value as Performance Guarantee (in lieu of CDR). The District Police Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPR 2014.
