Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites sealed/e-bids for the procurement of software and hardware for the project “National Semiconductor Human Resource Development Program (NSHRDP) Phase-I” (Ref: P74779). Funds from PSEB’s reserved funds for FY 2026-27 will be used. Procurement will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and subsequent instructions.
