Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites sealed proposals (non-consultancy services) for the procurement of software and hardware for the project “National Semiconductor Human Resource Development Program (NSHRDP) Phase-I”. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 may participate.
Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted) and submitted electronically via the e-bidding module of the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
