- Procurement is through Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding in accordance with PPRA rules (E-BIDS 2.0).
- Each bid must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in an acceptable form (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee) as per bidding documents.
- Bids will be opened publicly on the dates and times indicated above in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Tender validity: tenders remain valid for 120 days after opening. Bank guarantees/bid securities must remain valid (as specified) — see bidding documents for exact requirements.
