Key submission & eligibility requirements
- Bids must be submitted via the e-procurement / e-PADs system in accordance with the Tender Document.
- Required documents include valid tax registrations (NTN, GST where applicable) and evidence of active taxpayer status as per FBR records.
- An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (PKR 100) certifying that the bidder is not blacklisted/debarred and that no litigation is outstanding must be provided.
- Relevant authorization letters, certificates and VAT certificates (where required) must be attached as specified in the Tender Document.
- Performance bank guarantee and other financial/security requirements will apply as per SROs and the Tender Document.
