Eligible registered manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers, and General Order Suppliers/Firms having established business units/workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) may apply.
