Scanned copy is required to be uploaded on EPADS and hard copy must be submitted physically along with sealed bidding document to NRTC Haripur. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and original bid security must be provided along with technical bid.

Tender Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelop Basis. Delivery FOR NRTC Haripur. Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes must be mentioned separately; supplier must be an active taxpayer. Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. Standard warranty and 90 days bid validity. As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals.
