Pakistan Air Force Event Management Services Tender Islamabad

Provision of event management services for Pakistan Air Force, including conceptualization, production, and digital outreach for various events and campaigns during FY 2026-27.

Eligibility

Registered legal entity in Pakistan with valid NTN and GST registration (active on FBR ATL). Minimum 5 years of experience in major event productions and digital media campaigns for public/defence/semi-government sector clients. Must have in-house capabilities or formal JV arrangements and obtain security clearance. No conflict of interest or blacklisting. JVs and consortiums are allowed with a designated lead member.

Obtain RFP documents from Director Public Relations, Air Headquarters E-9, Islamabad, or download free of cost from www.ppra.org.pk and www.paf.gov.pk. Proposals must be prepared in English and submitted in two sealed envelopes: 'Technical Proposal' and 'Financial Proposal'.

Clarification requests must be submitted in writing (email/post) at least seven calendar days before the submission deadline. Responses to clarifications will be circulated to all bidders without disclosing the inquirer's identity. The Technical Proposal must not include any price or cost information, as this will lead to disqualification.
