College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under a One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for hiring a reputable construction contractor. Firms must have documented minimum five (05) years' relevant experience. Tender documents (TORs) are available for purchase from CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad and CPSP Head Office Karachi.

TOR purchase fee Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Obtainable from CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad or CPSP HQ Karachi on written request.
Bid security 2% of bid value (refundable). To be submitted as Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan".
Mandatory documents / eligibility
  • Company profile, name, permanent address, valid phone/email/fax
  • Legal status (Partnership Deed/Articles of Association if applicable)
  • Audited bank statements and balance sheets for the last three (03) years
  • Track record: list of similar projects completed in last five years with project cost and completion period
  • Satisfactory completion certificates from clients
  • Availability of key technical staff (architect, structural engineer, site engineer, quantity surveyor)
  • Proof of FBR registration and NTN
  • Certificate of registration with PEC as a construction contractor
  • Affidavit that the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted
