GEPCO Tender: Replacement of Damaged Distribution Transformer Tubes (200 kVA & 100 kVA)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders from registered / pre-qualified firms for the replacement of damaged/rusted elliptical tubes of defective distribution transformer bodies. Eligible firms must have a sound track record in manufacturing, transforming or reclaiming damaged/irreparable transformers and may include firms with prior work for DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA. Bids will be submitted electronically via E-PADs; manual copies may also be submitted to the office of the undersigned where specified.

Key dates & submission: Tender submission deadline: 2026-09-04 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening: 2026-09-04 at 11:30 AM. Tender documents and submission are handled through the E-PADs system (see eprocure portal).

How to obtain bidding documents: Tender documents are available from the E-PADs/PPRA portal and from GEPCO as per instructions in the bidding documents. See the official procurement portal: www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Conditions & requirements: Bids must follow WAPDA/PEPCO specifications (as amended to date). Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the opening date. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Conditional tenders or tenders without required bid guarantee will not be accepted. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
