Open Tender Notice 59-62/2026 — Procurement of Network Components, Safety Cabinet & Autoclave, Building Renovation and 400KVA Diesel Generator (Islamabad)

Issuing authority: Head Procurement, PO Box 1482, Islamabad. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis who are registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities.

Tender documents are available on written request on firm’s letterhead along with a bank draft/pay order of the prescribed tender fee (in favor of Director Finance, PO Box 1482, Islamabad). Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per package. Tender in CASH will not be accepted.

Earnest money: 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, PO Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Original bank draft must be received in the procurement office ONE DAY before the opening date. Issuance of tender documents will cease ONE DAY before the opening date.

Submission and opening: Tender receiving time for all packages is 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM on the specified opening date. Single-stage, single-envelope procedure will be used.

Important conditions: Quotations must be accompanied by the required earnest money. Tenderers who could not supply stores against past orders will not be issued documents. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage without assigning reasons.
