PBIT Tender: Lot I - Group Health Insurance & Lot II - Group Life Insurance for 2026-27 (Lahore)

Issuer: Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT). PBIT invites sealed bids from insurance companies for two insurance packages for PBIT employees for the policy year 2026-27 (01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027).

Eligible bidders: Insurance companies registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and compliant with legal requirements to offer insurance cover. Companies must have the required minimum ratings (PACRA/JCR-VIS) as specified in the tender document. Insurance companies belonging to the same business group offering health and life covers under separate licenses may submit bids in their respective names.

Procedure and submission requirements: Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in conformity with the Tender Document must be dropped at the PBIT office (23-Aikman Road, GOR-I, Lahore) on or before the submission deadline. Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed Bid Security (Bid Security rate shown in the tender: 2% of the estimated value). All bids will be checked for compliance with the tender document; bids not complying with the “Bid Security” requirement or other prescribed terms will be rejected.

Key dates and times: Last date/time for submission: 2026-06-17 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day on 2026-06-17 at 11:30 AM at the PBIT office.
