Proven track record in project planning, execution, procurement, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary project teams. |

At least 15 years of progressive professional experience including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive/leadership role within complex organizations (public, private, multinational, development or higher education). Strong record in HR strategy, talent management, succession planning, change management, compensation & rewards, HR technology and building high-performing teams. |
