An emerging public sector institution of higher education, operating independently under a Trust, invites applications for senior leadership and analyst positions to support its next phase of development. Executive Director (ED)	1	40	Master's degree or higher from a recognized university. At least 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive role (e.g., Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean, Director, CEO, Executive Director) or equivalent in higher education, public administration, international development, or corporate sector. Proven record of strategic leadership, institutional transformation, governance, innovation, academic and administrative management, stakeholder engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. Experience in developing research/innovation ecosystems, mobilizing external funding, and building national/international academic partnerships is highly valued.
Project Director (PD)	1	40	Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related; Master’s in Engineering/Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related preferred. Registration with relevant professional body (e.g., PEC) desirable where applicable. Minimum 20+ years of progressively responsible professional experience with at least 10 years in senior leadership managing large-scale infrastructure, institutional development, EPC or turnkey projects. Strong track record in project planning, procurement, contract administration, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects. Knowledge of public procurement and project governance is required.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)	1	35	Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration or related discipline. At least 15 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive/leadership HR role within large or complex organizations (public, private, multinational, development or higher education sectors). Experience in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation frameworks and HR technology.
Analyst	6	24	Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences or related; Master’s preferred. Minimum 2 years relevant experience (including internships, research assignments, consulting or analytical roles) in public, private, development or academic sectors. Strong analytical, research, data collection and report-writing skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data visualization, BI/AI tools and statistical software is an advantage.
