An emerging public-sector higher education institution operating independently under a Trust invites applications for senior leadership and analyst positions. All appointments are merit-based and open to eligible candidates from across Pakistan. Demonstrated track record in project planning, execution, contract administration, procurement, financial oversight, stakeholder management and compliance with public procurement procedures. |

At least 15 years of progressive HR experience including minimum 5 years in a senior executive/leadership role in large, complex organizations (public, private, multinational, development or higher education). Strong experience in talent strategy, workforce planning, culture transformation, performance management, employee engagement, change management, HR governance, labor law, compensation & rewards and HR technology/analytics. |
