TAJ Residencia Pre-Qualification of Construction Firms (Islamabad)

Issuer: TAJ Residencia (Sardar Group of Companies). TAJ Residencia invites applications with full credentials for pre-qualification of firms/contractors for construction works at TAJ Residencia adjacent to I-14, Islamabad, in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (Clauses 13, 15 and 16).

Eligibility & Qualification: Only firms/contractors enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible. Firms must provide evidence of similar works executed during the last 5 years including date of physical completion, sponsoring agency/client, percentage progress of work in hand, amount of work (in PKR Millions), completion period (months) and performance report on each work by the sponsoring agency/client.

Required Documents: List of movable & immovable assets, personnel (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, audited financial statements/bank statement for the last 03 years, General Sales Tax (GST) registration and NTN certificate, valid PEC registration for the year 2026, and other supporting pre-qualification documents as specified by the Contract Department.

Collection & Submission: Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Contract Department, TAJ Management Office, Tulip Sector, Main Boulevard, TAJ Residencia, Adjacent I-14 Islamabad. Forms available from Monday 2026-06-22 to Friday 2026-07-03. Completed applications will be received up to Monday 2026-07-06. Applications will be scrutinized and only pre-qualified firms/contractors will be issued tender documents. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept/reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA rules.
