| Maximum Age | 50 years |
| Minimum Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Economics / Engineering / Business Analytics or a related discipline. Degree must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis / business intelligence / research / performance monitoring / industry analytics or related fields. Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or equivalent); strong SQL/database skills; advanced Excel; scripting/programming for data work; experience in data cleaning, validation, quality assurance, and producing dashboards/reports/presentations for management. |
| Preferred / Added Advantage | Experience in public sector / ICT industry / consulting / development sector; working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation/automation/statistical analysis; understanding of Pakistan’s IT & ITeS sector; experience with machine learning / business intelligence / visualization / statistical analysis. |
