Manager - Data & Research | Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Career Opportunity

Maximum age: 50 years.

Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education (Master's degree or equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related areas.

Technical skills: Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or equivalent); working knowledge of SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet analysis; experience with data collection frameworks, survey tools and public/private datasets; data cleaning, validation and quality assurance; ability to convert data into dashboards, reports and presentations.

Preferred/added advantages: Experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sector; working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation, automation and statistical analysis/forecasting; understanding of Pakistan's IT & ITES sector and related data structures; relevant certifications in data analytics, BI or visualization.
