Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for the position of Manager – Data & Research based at PSEB, Blue Area, Islamabad. Suitable candidates with strong data analysis, business intelligence and visualization skills are encouraged to apply.

| Manager – Data & Research | 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Master's degree or equivalent) in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Economics / Engineering / Business Analytics or a related discipline. Degrees must be HEC-recognized. | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring or industry analytics. Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or equivalent). Working knowledge of SQL and R or Python for data transformation/automation. Experience with data collection frameworks, dataset management, KPIs and management reporting. Data cleaning/validation/quality assurance, dashboard/report creation and strong written/verbal communication skills. | Experience in public sector / ICT industry / consulting / development sector; advanced Python/R skills for transformation and statistical analysis; understanding of Pakistan's IT/ITES sector, technology companies and public-sector data structures; relevant certifications in data analytics / BI / visualization / statistics. |
