Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore.
Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors for construction works for the Establishment of a 100‑Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package‑I).
Eligibility & requirements:
- Firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes with valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates.
- Social security contributions must be deposited regularly.
- Contractors must register on the Punjab E-Procurement (E-PADS) portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and submit pre-qualification documents online; manual submissions will not be accepted.
- Pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff requirements and other supporting documents) are available for download from the E-PADS website.
- The procuring agency may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule 35.
