PAFDA Tender: Electrification of BSL-3 Lab (Ref. Proc.05/26-27(IPC)) — Lahore

Issuer: Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA), Home Department, Government of the Punjab. Tender Reference: Proc.05/26-27(IPC).

Purpose: Procurement of services for the electrification of a BSL-3 Laboratory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS).

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bidders/suppliers must be registered with tax departments and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license where required.

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) and submit e-bids using the PDF upload method through PEPS.

- Bidding documents can be downloaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System or from the PPRA website without payment of a tender fee.

- Bid security must be submitted electronically through PEPS at 2% of the estimated cost. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, etc.) will be accepted.

- Bidding method: Open Competitive Bidding — Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Rule 38 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

- If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, e-bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
