Issuer: Deputy Conservator of Forest, Pest Control Forest Division, Lahore (Punjab Forest Department). Procurement under non-development for FY 2026-27 via Punjab E-Procurement System (single stage, two envelopes — Technical & Financial).
Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered for Income Tax and General Sales Tax with active status for 2026-27 as per Punjab E-Procurement system. Bids must include online bid security @ 5% of the estimated price for each lot.
Bid submission: Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be completed, signed and stamped as per the Bidding Document. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Important conditions: Payment will be made after quality analysis by PCSIR Lab (data analysis fee to be paid by the contractor). Submission of fake information/documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting; applicable government taxes will be deducted. Applications sent by courier, post or email will not be accepted.
Submission deadline (online): On or before 10:30 hours on 2026-09-24. Online opening of Technical Bids at 11:00 hours on the same date.
