Open Tender Notice 70-72/2026 — Supply of SS Strip, Chemo Dispensing Pins & Syringe Filters (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis who are registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities.

How to obtain tender documents: Request in writing on company letterhead and submit the required bank draft/pay order for the specified tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. The original bank draft must be received one day before the opening date. Last date of issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.

Earnest Money: Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.

Important conditions: Tender documents will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply stores against orders. Postal delays are the responsibility of the tenderer. Envelopes must be superscribed with tender number and due date. Tenders received after the stated receiving time will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage. Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft via fax/email.
