Open Tender Notice 70-72/2026 — Medical Consumables (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis, registered with Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tenders will be received and opened on 2026-10-08. Tender fee and submission details are below.

Submission & other requirements: Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Tenders in CASH will not be accepted. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned by requesting on firm's letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against past orders. Tenders received after the opening time/date will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders containing cutting and overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

Important: Original bank draft should be received ONE DAY before the opening date. Last date for issuance/collection of tender documents is also ONE DAY before opening date.
